In our roll business, we have established an integrated in-house production framework involving all stages from raw material procurement through casting, processing, and shipping out. We supplement both our static and centrifugal casting processes with proprietary special heat treatment techniques of our own. The characteristics required for the rolls for rolling mills that we make differ depending on factors including customers’ manufacturing conditions and the stands used. We select optimal materials based on examinations of rolls that have been used, usage requirements, and more, providing rolling mills with a full range of rolls for everything from roughing stands to finishing stands.
